About Me

Hany Al-Najjar is an agriculture engineer by education, and a freelance instructor by experience. He graduated from Higher Institute for Agriculture Cooperation (HIAC) with a degree in "Management and Marketing" accredited by Ain Shams University. Also, he has been working as a trainer since 2007. Now he has 39 years old. Moreover, he finished many courses about Computing Science and Information Technology.

Recently he had honor to joined the team that deliver trainings in a project Smart Learning Program to the Ministry of Education in Emirates. During this he get a lot of achievements such as Microsoft Certified Educator from Microsoft, Moving into Mobile Learning from Intel education.

He also worked for YAT learning solutions for 5 years as computer instructor for Microsoft products. During this he conducting training for many corporates and individuals. As well as worked for Egyptian Banking Institute and conducting training for all banks all over the Egypt.

He has the ability to be both approachable and empathize with team members and trainees yet maintain an appropriate, professional manner promoting respect and an excellent learning environment.

I think that he wants to achieve the most in his life, when he involved with a project at his work, he will do the best to achieve success. So, his successfully completed projects with multinational firms like Apache, Transocean, UAE MOE, and Bel Egypt with a high level of evaluation. He strongly believes in "nothing is impossible".
